Payment and Security

Credit card is our preferred form of payment as it offers the best security for you as the customer.  The privacy of credit card details transferred on the internet is assured by encrypting the information with Microsoft's Server gated Cryptography technology.  Full details are available at http://microsoft.com/industry/finserv/press/SGCpaper.htm.  No one, except your bank, has access to your card details and this gives peace of mind regarding your transaction with us.

The other options of payment are by bank transfer,  bank cheque , or for Australian customers, a deposit into your local ANZ branch. (We will supply details of  the account number when we receive your order).

Returns

All screens are sold with our quality guarantee. Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for a refund or re-order as long as they are returned in original condition.  However, freight charges will be deducted. The freight carrier is responsible for delivery of screens in good condition,  therefore, you are advised to inspect the shipment on arrival.  Any damage should be reported to us as soon as possible so a claim can be made to the carrier.

All screens are in $Australian dollars.

Shipping Methods and Charges

After receipt of your order we will contact you regarding shipping methods and freight charges. All screens are boxed and airfreighted by International Air with 3-6 days usual delivery time from dispatch date.  For any urgent orders a surcharge of $20 must be added.  If you have a shipping preference, include it in the order comments box during checkout.

The average cost to ship a medium sized screen to Australia is between $20 and $50.  To the USA and Europe the cost is between $35 and $120.  All shipping costs include insurance.

Please allow up to 15 working days for shipment, (For New Zealand and Australia allow 3-6 days)  plus shipping transit time (This is dependent on your locality). For custom orders allow up to 3 weeks for shipment, plus shipping transit time.
